On February 28th, 2025, we joined forces with productivity coach and psychologist Dr. Stephanie Okolo for an energizing and interactive training on overcoming procrastination—and it was exactly the reset we all needed.

💡 Dr. Okolo broke down the psychology behind delay—fear of failure, perfectionism, mental fatigue—and why willpower alone is never enough.
💡 Participants explored practical tools like the “2-minute rule,” accountability strategies, and time-blocking habits that actually stick.
We laughed, shared, reflected—and most importantly, acted. Because sometimes, the hardest part is simply getting started.

“Procrastination isn’t laziness—it’s often fear in disguise. And the antidote is small, intentional steps,” Dr. Okolo reminded us.

The session left us inspired to stop waiting for the perfect time and start building momentum, one action at a time.
