A Peep into Our History
Founded in 2023, ICTMH was established by a group of mental health professionals and advocates who recognized the need for a comprehensive approach to mental health care in Africa. The Organization was created to bridge the gap between scientific research and practical implementation of cognitive, behavioral, and other forms of therapies while also addressing the cultural and societal factors that impact mental health.
