Once upon a time, in a colourful village, there lived a bright little girl named Lina. But one morning, Lina woke up with a tiny gray cloud above her head. It followed her everywhere to school, to the playground, even to dinner.

Lina (sadly): “I don’t know why I feel so heavy inside. I just don’t feel like playing today. “

(The cloud grows slightly darker.)
When Mama saw the cloud , she gave Lina a big hug.

Papa sat beside her and said, “It’s okay to feel sad sometimes. Let’s talk about it. “

Lina shared how she felt , tired, quiet, and not herself. Her family listened closely. No one laughed or scolded .

Later, Grandma brought Lina to the community garden. There, neighbours were planting flowers and painting bright stones.

They welcomed Lina to join in.

(Lina starts painting a smiling sun on a rock; the gray cloud turns lighter.) With each laugh and brush stroke, the cloud faded until, poof! it was gone!

Narrator: Lina learned that sometimes, clouds come and go in our hearts , but with love , listening , and helping hands, sunshine always finds its way back.

(Scene ends with Lina running through the garden with her family and friends, colourful butterflies in the air.) Message : “Talking , caring, and spending time together helps our minds feel better.”
